    Well the irrigation and the weed and feed applied has kicked in, it is a 2 battery mow. On the bright side the yard looks like a golf course thick green turf, barefoot grass.

    Again check battery voltage, we use the same solar panels in landfills around the country, a new under voltage battery is a common problem.

    Put a volt meter on your battery, if it does not have 12 volts the panel will not charge the battery.

    Probably will have to chisel out foam but it should get you access to the inner hull. But flex seal will not fix it.
