winterizing?

i'm trying to winterize a deck boat....i got the motor done.

now i'm worried about the boat itself. it has a sink and toilet. how do i go about draining the water holding tank and getting the water out of the pump itself that supplies water to the tap on the sink? do i have to worry about the water that is in the lines? what is the best way to get water out of the bildge pump and lines? if there is a thread to explain any of this posting a link would be great.
