Where to mount anchor roller?

I would like an anchor roller/mount, but my combo nav light and spot light make this seem like it would not be feasible on my boat.

Looks pretty simple to me. Relocate your spot and purchase some split running lights. Nah - not that simple . Need to make sure your bow area will handle the extra weight and strain of retrieving that hook. Also, what do you plan on doing with all of that chain and rope

I'm guessing I'll just keep doing it by hand, tie off to my bow cleat, and run the line through the line chocks.
