Saw this little beauty at the Shelter Island Launch Ramp today. Doesn't show in the picture, but, looks like it has been like this for a long time. Is this why some of you guys have dual axle trailers?

Looking closer I wonder if they could not get lugnuts off? Ones on the flat tire look rusted while the one on the front axle look new.
