Re: What is wrong with this picture?
After watching this couple back this nice old Sunray down the ramp without the wench strap attached, I decided to stick around and watch for awhile. Some people just amuse me. As the wheels of the trailer touch the water, luckily, the boat slid of the roller bunks and just about did a stern dive under water. As I watched this misses ride around that small bay while hubby parked the car, I noticed that the stern seemed to be getting lower in the water. They finally noticed it as the bilge pump drain plug started to meet the water. He ran up the ramp and quickly back the car back down while she struggled, and I do mean struggled, to get the boat to the trailer. The sad thing is they had 2 kids with them and obviously no experience. It could have turned out to be a disastrous if they hadn't noticed the bow getting higher. It's people like this that makes it bad for us all. After they pulled out of the water, I guess they had no plug with them, they left. 10 minutes later I decided to go home and I followed their water trail for about 5 miles. I now know what street they live on...lol.
