What is this boat worth? 32 1/2' Irwin 40HP Kubota Turn key

OK, so I have been looking for sailboats to sail and also use as liveaboard. So I found this 32 1/2' Irwin. The Atomic 4 was removed and repowered with A Kubota 3 30HP. From what the owner said it is in turnkey condition ready to live and sail. What do you think this boat is worth. I will let you kno9w what he is asking after I have a few replies.

It is inpossable to say with the lack of facts


I sail on a turn key 35' C&C with a brand new diesel New Rod rigging ,ect,ect it is and older boat and there has been NO one buying it even at 25K


If you go to www.yachtworld.com and search every boat of that type will show up with and asking price
