what am i missing

1985 gt 150
rebulit fuel pump
clean carbs
new fuel lines
new primer bulb
cked all grounds
now heres the deilima twin tanks with a petcock ,port starbord ,aux ,amd off
there seems to bee a lot of play between all of them what happens is 200 yrds full throttle i seem to run out of gas pump up bulb and can take off for 2oo yrs then falls off bulb is staying semi hard on both tanks could it be the petcock or is the pump just weak and needs replaced i dont have a tool to ck the pump is there any thing im missing or can ck also not getting any alarms buzzer is working not over heating and oil tank level is good and there is plenty of smoke from oil

How difficult would it be to temporarily modify your fuel system so that you go directly from a fuel tank (a small portable tank would be perfect), through a known good primer bulb, then straight to the engine? That would be a good starting point to tell you whether the problem is with your engine or fuel system.

yes i tried that today and it was the same still running out of fuel as long as kept priming the bulb it will run but once you stop for a few seconds it falls off again thanks Barry
