Water pressure question

Just installed a water pressure gauge on my 88' XP150 and was wondering what kind of PSI I should be hoping to see?

My '90 175gt runs about 3-5 psi at idle and around 13-15 psi at cruising speed.

If I can trust my gauge, '82 140 crossflow idles at 10psi and goes to nearly 30 at WOT. You can see it in this clip (ignore the funky tach reading). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36-azXGY-0g
