hi i just replaced the control box on my boat or the shifters. this came with a alarm that would make u go deaf in about 3 seconds. i thought after it starts it might go off but thats a no-go. it came with 2 horns one has one hole and the other has 3 holes. do both have to be hooked up or just one. the spare one came witht he adapter kit i had to buy. it stays on and is the most annoying horn i have ever heard. everything was hooked up right. what could cause the horn to stay on.please help.

If your old horn did not work it could be a sensor going off.

If the horn is going off with the key turned on and the motor not running sounds like you may be grounding the horn out somewhere. Check the sensor and the wiring to make sure it is not grounded somewhere.
