After warm up period on water yesterday warning beep went off for about 2 or < seconds and stops. Its a single beep. This would happen as long as I ran the PWC. Every couple of minutes or so. Sometimes right after cold start too. Everything seems normal but to be on safe side I decided not to use PWC for rest of weekend. Sunday evening I started it up tonight to bring to the ramp to take it out beep never sounded once! Whats up with this?

NOTE: After the last couple of seasons the warning beep in general sometimes just decides not to work at all, even the quick two chirps at start up. The its decides to work again. PWCi is fine working order except gas gauge indicator does not work.

Any thoughts?

not sure on yours// but on my 4stroke skies if the battery is low, it will have a long beep just after starting the ski, then it goes off, when I replace a battery it won't do it so perhaps your battery is starting to get weak.
try checking the water in the battery and charging it, if it stops giving a beep after you start the ski, you have your answer.
as for the beeper not working occasionally, any time I had that happen it ended up needing a new beeper in the handle bar cover,, the wires get corroded inside the coating where you can't see it.

I have recently had the exact problem, did you get yours fixed and if so what was the problem.

The warning beep will go off for oil and gas as well. Sometimes if your bouncing around alot the low oil warning will sound because the computer thinks the oil is getting low. Then when you oil settles in the tank the warning will not sound. You should be able to look at your dash and see which warning is sounding.

Another thing you can do is bring it to a dealer. They can put it on the diagnostic computer and tell you what warning or code you were hearing. Might cost a little but you'll know for sure what it is. Again though you should be able to tell from the dash.
