VRO2 pump modified for pre-mixing fuel

Anyone use THESE pumps before and can offer any feedback?

A Johnson tech told me today that he runs 50:1 pre-mix in both the 2 stroke tank as well as the fuel tank but runs the OE "unmodified" pump. Any one heard of this and can offer some feedback?

are you looking to disable the vro pump and just run premixed fuel on your gas tank??

THESE pumps you are linking to are merely OMC parts. They have OMC part numbers.

And yes, you can disable the oiling side of any VRO pump and run your own pre-mix.

The search function is your friend.

As long as your vro is pumping fuel you can disable the oiling system and run 50:1 premix. No need to buy another pump. Check the top secret file at the top of this forum for vro conversion. Good info.

Sorry to mis-post on your forums, figured after the The Top Secret page did not really answer my question and I exhausted the search tab I would help other by starting a new one thread
