Vintage Johnson Outboard

I have two vintage Johnson outboards...both are 9.9 hp. They have exposed rope pull and integral gas tank. I wonder if there is anyway to determine what the actual year is, and if it is possible to still find parts for these. I am guessing these are both at least from the 1940s or older. Is there a site that carries parts for older engines such as these?<br /><br />TIA,<br />Rob

I don't think they made a 9.9 in the 40's... what are your model numbers???<br /><br />Maybe some 9.3, 9.8 but from records all 9.9 were mfg in 70's...<br /><br />Send you model numbers & we will find out for you & send you in right direction for parts, etc..<br /><br />
