Vintage Horn Repair

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on repairing a pair of horns on my recently acquired '59 CC (boat has been in storage since 1995). The electrical is good from the steering wheel horn to the 12v relay as I can hear the relay click, but I am uncertain as to the wiring (disconnected) to the next module adjacent to the horns. There is also a copper pipe that runs close to the horn assembly to the engine compartment but it has been cut near the engine - not sure if it is related. I had a pro restoration shop do all of the major mechanical/safety work but they did not get to the horn. Pics attached, any advice greatly appreciated!

I can't tell from the pictures, so is this horn electrical or air driven? If electrical, shouldn't be hard to see how the relay works to allow voltage to the horn itself. But if that is a solenoid valve and not a relay that operates the horn, then you have to have some type compressed air source. JMHO

Guessing the air compressor went bad.

Ah, that makes sense! So it never occurred to me it might be an air horn. I will do a search for a vintage air horn compressor or find a modern one for a truck. Thanks very much!

many of the old air horns had a manual push pump.
