Ultracraft boats?

A guy locally has a 2006 Ultracraft 16ft fishing boat for sale. Google tells me very little about this brand. Any one have any opinions of them? I would mostly be interested because of the 25 HP Mercury outboard, but It would be a plus if the hull were of good quality.

condition of an 18 year old boat is more important than brand.

Ultracraft is a defunct Misty Harbor brand. Misty Harbor primarily makes pontoon boats now consolidating the offerings in 2021 (closing some plants, etc.)
