I own a 98 5.7 Volvo Penta with an SX leg and my trim indicator quit working so I had the guage checked out but it turned out to be the sending unit on the leg.Has anyone ever changed one? After you feed the wires through the hull from the outside there is a rubber plug that I find impossible to get back in because there is NO ROOM to even get a straight push on it to get it in no matter how I situate the leg so how the heck are you supposed to get it back in without pulling the leg which I refuse to do?? It was no problem getting the old one out because I did not care about the wires so I just pulled hard and it popped out. I cannot believe they would be that stupid to expect us to do that.Any help would be much appreciated,thanks<br />Ray
