tilt

I have a 98 four winns horizon with a 3.0l volvo penta with a sx outdrive. Tilt worked great for the first two trips now nothing. I lost the pwr steering belt and after that i have no tilt since I put on the new belt. How and what and where do i start to test it to fig the prob out? New to me boat and I do not have a book for it and would also love to know where to get one. Any help?/ Thanks Carl

Have you checked the fuses and circuit breaker? Nothing I know of should have happened because the belt broke.
Do you have your engines full model number or serial number handy?

Ok found a cut wire and that fixed the tilt. I'll try to get the numbers tonite and post them so maybe I can find a manual. Thanks Carl
