virus on a Mac.
Everything the mouse passed over was instantly "clicked" on.
What an interesting 5 minutes it was.
Click, double-click, programs opening all over the place, mail being dumped into the trash bin, opening files, closing files, web pages popping open, selections being clicked on.
WOW.
Well, it turns out the receiver for my wireless mouse went out. It was continuously sending a "mouse click" signal to the computer.
Now I'm stuck using a cheap little "notebook" mouse until I get the one I ordered online.
