I'm with ya, Got out yesterday me and the kids for 3 hours. Two days after ice-out so I could not find the crappies yet but did have minnows just in case. Everything went smoothly but boat is slightly overpropped, could only turn 5200, with the load I had should be nearer 5800-6k.

We set an alltime high temp for April 14 of 86 degrees, previous high was 84 degrees 0n 4/14/1908. Forcasting 1-3 inches of snow for tonight what a swing. Looks like wont get back out till next week but the crappies should be commin in by then.

Hope you enjoyed your new rig as much as I enjoyed my new to me rig, Can't wait to scratch the Itch again.

Yeah the itch is kinda gone. The ice went away and the boat hit the water. Got into a few smaller fish so far but I still need to scratch that itch with a nice heavy fish, maybe this weekend. 70,s today and 80,s tomorrow. :D

I fixed my boating itch last week.
Spent 5 days on the water on B.C. Kootenay Lake
trolling flies for Dolly Varden and Gerard Rainbows.
I feel much better now. :)
