thanks for helpful information.the piece of straw is not in the cylinder.i have a very small light and i looked inside the cylinder and the piece was notin there.when i rotated the flywheel it cut off about an inch of the straw.there are 5 slots in the back of the cylinder i think it might have went into one of the bottom two slots.are they exhaust slots?<br /> anthony
