Starcraft Starchief... 1967

only posting another thread cuz i have asked questions on my others, no replies... i have a 67 Starchief... took it out yesterday, all was well, took in some water, but i guess its normal for a rivited boat, but, i got all the water out of the back of the boat, but, I open up the very front storage area in the cabin, the one furthest forward and thers water there.. is there a divider or something? do i need a pump up there as well? whats up with the water there?

There are small gaps (called limbers) along the keel line under the ribs that let any water flow to the stern. Sounds like yours are clogged. Took me a while with compressed air, shop vac and a thin knife to clean them out.
