The Previuos owner of my boat installed a 4 blade prop. My boat reaches max rpm at about 1/2 throttle according to the mercury 125 hp saltwater specs. It is under propped for sure so what is the standard prop for my boat??
Any help appreciated..

lose the 4-blade...those are better for skiffs & such. once you establish the correct pitch put a three blade back on & that will bring your RPM's back down

I just looked up what prop I had on my 2003 Trophy 1802 when I had it and the prop it came with was a 12.75 x 21 x 3. Since I don't have the boat anymore that's the best I can do for you.
