Welcome aboard.

What kinda' engine and drive are you running? That'll help figure out what parts you need.

hope its something simple because most of the EFI and ignition parts for these are NLA. Ironically the parts for the older carbed models can still be found (carb kits, fuel pumps, ignition points sets, etc).
Since these were built during the joint venture time period with Volvo Penta, check to see if Volvo parts are available because in most cases they are the same. Otherwise, the only option besides selling the boat, is to find a Ford 4bbl intake manifold and bolt on a Holley!

If your engine is a 50FAPHUE and you need the high pressure pump, I have a used one I can sell you. It's difficult to access (behind intake manifold), depending on how it's installed in your boat. PM me if you're interested.

You can check this link in case your part number is different. It still may have the same high pressure pump. Drill down through Evinrude, Stern Drive, year, etc.

The high pressure pump part number is 3857650. There are plenty available on the web. I recommend getting an OEM unit (OMC or Volvo), even though they are five times the cost of the Amazon Chinese versions.

Given the labor involved in replacing the pump, I would replace with a new one. If your boat is like mine, the access is difficult.

this shows the low pressure one as NLA but the high pressure one is available, at a cost of $477. Take a look at Volvo parts, they used the same engine, see if it's the same price or less.
Just looking at the sheer # of NLA parts for this fuel, and ignition system, I wouldn't invest a dime into it. I'd start looking for a Ford 4bbl intake like I said above, see if there is a block off plate that you can remove to install a mechanical fuel pump, and get a brand new Holley 4160, they make one specifically set up for the Ford 5.0. Then look for a marine Ford distributor that can run the ignition system stand alone. Then put all this nonesense behind you and you'll have a boat that can be maintained and repaired by anyone. Sell off all that NLA stuff on ebay, make back some of the conversion cost.

It won't be cheap but it will solve this NLA parts problem for ever.
