carbon fibre.. glue on the broken piece with ZAP medium C A glue.. in the 'green labled bottle '.. that's just to hold it together.. then CA glue on the carbon fibre on top & bottom ( sandwich the break) with it.. then coat with epoxy..

garrantee not to EVER break..

i fixed many ..

try a good hobby shop for the supplies.

if'n can't locate,, let me know .....

yeah,, i never 'did' an alminuim reel seat.. but i'm sure it'll work..

yeah, EBB .. model flyin' a BLAST.. it's called 'THE HOBBY'.. cause no hobby can't compare.. it's open ended to say the least..bigger & better, 1/4 scale warbirds /jets with R E A L ( an i mean real ) jet enines..costing about $ 600.oo an engine..
best to buy an R/C MODELERS mag.. order from TOWER HOBBIES..

go with a A R F ..almost ready to fly.. HOBBICO AVISTAR to start..

but most impairative... seek instruction

find a flyin' field near you..

ask a hobby where.. or check web.. If you epoxy the broken reel foot. How will you
mount it flush to the rod ?

yo MY! i was talking to my pop about mitchell 300's and he said if i wanted to get one, i might want to avoid getting one without anti-reverse. he said he believed there were some 300's that were like this, but not sure. he has a 300a. i was wondering if you remembered which ones come with anti-reverse. and if there are some with silent anti-reverse?
