Removing Lower Unit 120 HP 1996 Force

I have been trying to remove my lower unit to sell on ebay but it won't come off. I have taken off every bolt and I know that there is supposed to be a cotter pin to remove but I can't find that. Can anyone help?

I don't remember exactly when Mercury started to use their lower units so if it is a Mercury lower unit, at the back of the leg, there will be one stud, probably inside the exhaust snout if it has one, or under the trim tab. Frequently these studs are tight from corrosion, so it may be necessary to persuade the lower unit to drop with a rubber mallet. I don't remember how the shift linkage is attached so I can't be much help there.
