removal of siezed transom anode

need to remove siezed transom anode

port side bolt came loose no problem; starboard side head twisted off; drilled out; anode is old and stuck

1995 ocean pro 150

ideas....

Mild heat, hammer and cold chisel, knock it loose.

did you manage to drive the broken bolt out yet?

it is out...i believe it may have been the original...i struck it from the bottom..and then down through the trim hardware and it came free..really eaten away...i will be masking off the transom tommorow and repainting the transom bracket...thank you for the reply...i had to drill out the starboard side bolt
