Propichosting.com RANT!!!

I started using freepichosting.com when I joined this forum. Several months ago, they changed to propichosting.com. I purchased 200,000 credits from them when it was still freepichosting. They transferred to propichosting without any problems.<br /><br />Then one day I suddenly noticed I had only 5000 credits. I emailed them for an explanation, but none was given. Just two days ago I know I had 4934 credits. Today, my account is suspended and I have -11,000 credits. Huh?<br /><br />The new rates they are trying to charge are ridiculous IMO. With customer service like I've received from them (more like lack of), there's no way I'm renewing. Looks like I'm off in search of a reliable, inexpensive (maybe free even) picture host. Anyone have one they recommend?

Actually, I just discovered "msn spaces" from msn. I'm an msn subscriber already, so it's free for me as well. I even get to make my own webpage. I'll be working on that over the weekend and change my homepage icon here on iboats soon.<br /><br />Thanks, Spinner!

Well, everything should be better after this post. I used imageshack for my avatar, and created a new homepage for myself. I liked how imageshack allows you to resize as you upload. Most of my pictures are in full size on my pc, so that function really speeds the process for me. I've got lots of content to add to my web page, but I'll do that later.<br /><br />Thanks for the replies.

Use photobucket. No problems in last two years. It's free.

I have used imageshack for about a year with no issues really.......like you have already said, its convienient how they allow you to change the image size as you upload it. <br /><br />I like the thumbnail feature as well.....saves on the page opening time for the dial up users
