Proper Wobble adjustment

I am trying to figure out how to install or adjust wobble rollers on my trailer. Most of the boat load is on 15+ ft bunks and there are two wobble sets per each side towards the bow. I have added a self centering keel roller because I am having difficulty getting boat perfectly centered when loading boat onto it. Any suggestions or web site?

Re: Proper Wobble adjustment

Without pics it is hard to understand your situation. Most wobble rollers center themselves, however it depends a lot on hull design.
Most deep V hulls do much better centering than a flat or semi-V, the roller sets being tilted on the steeper angle are what centers the hull, on flatter hulls there is not much angle to use so side guides toward the rear as much as possible will help a lot more. Best advice I can give without seeing your situation.

Re: Proper Wobble adjustment

Airshot,

thx for replying. I sort of suspect the same but ws hoping I was doing somthing incorrectly. I bought a project that has taken a lot longer than I figured it would. Trailer was in bad shape. Wobblers were in poor shape and I have had to disasemble quit a few parts to repair or replace. I hve only been able to make a dozen or so trips due to issues and last trip boat didn't center. Another project????????? THX!
