Hello all, I owned a '98 maxum 2300scr for 6 years and had near zero problems. I traded up to a 2003 2500 SE, boat had 70 hours and most of the items looked like they never were unrapped from the factory. I seem to be have a bunch of little thingw go wrong, impeller was the latest.<br />I had the boat surveyed structurally and mechanically and it passed with flying colors.<br />I have two questions for the experts out there.<br />1) Have you heard anything about that year for that boat? (power is merc 5.0 EFI w/bravo 3)<br />2)If its just because it sat around what else can I expect and what should I do preventively?<br />THANKS FOR THE HELP
<br /> Since you put a new impeller in it, I will assume that the drive lube was changed & the ujoints were greased at the same time.....<br />Change the oil, filter & water separating fuel filter, and you should be good to go.......JK
