Had to replace my tilt and trim motor. Everything is working but the ram is not moving? Does the hydralic motor need to be primed? What do you guys think the problem is?
In general, did you fill the trim unit with fluid? Did the motor engage the pump? Some replacement motors have a small adaptor that mates the motor to the pump.
