I have an old 15' pleasure outboard with a 50 HP Evinrude Starflite Model 50518, serial 09889. I purchased this boat last summer when my boyfriend was still with me. Now I have no way to tow it or work on it. I am going to try to sell it, but I have a little problem. I need to find the part that allows you to change gears, I know that it is a connector of some sort that goes inside of the motor cover and connects to the gear lever. Right now the boat will only go in reverse. Please if anyone knows what part I am referring to or where I can search for this part I would appreciate your help. Thanks
