Pics San Juan Islands Washington

We spent last week in the San Juan Islands in Washington state. What an awesome place for boaters! You could spend a lifetime exploring all the islands there.<br /><br />We loaded truck, gear and boat onto a ferry in Anacortes for a 1 hr trip to Orcas Island.<br />

<br /><br />We rented a house on the island. After getting settled in, we lucked out and got a spot at a private marina within walking distance of the house. <br />

<br /><br />The scenery and weather were beautiful!<br />

<br /><br />We caught fish, we cruised and it didn't take long to get all the crab we could eat!<br />

<br /><br />We are already planning our next trip to this boaters paradise.

It has been year since I have been there but you are correct. What a place. Did you get to Rabbit Island. More rabbits than you could ever count.

Larry,<br />Didn't get to Rabbit Island, we did make it over to Friday Harbor (San Juan Island), plenty of deer everywhere!
