Why do you post this here? It is NOT a Trophy...it is a Starcraft. This forum is for Bayliner Trophy fishing boats and Trophy fishing boats which was spun off of Bayliner. Why don't you take it to the Starcraft forum.

Because it is a trophy and that is what it says on the boat
so I persume its a trophy.

Good looking boat.
Did you have all that restore work done or DIY?

The paint looks new on the top half.

Re: Pic of my 1984 Trophy

Thank you,It was like that when I got it. The guy that I got it from had it
restored and even had the motor completely rebuilt. It runs very well
and have had no trouble with it. I traded an old car for it. (even stevens)

I have an 87 Venture Bass boat.
Good condition for its age.
Original upholstery still on the boat.
Original everything but gas gauge sending unit.
All the way down to the goodyear slim line white wall tires.

No one can believe its 20 years old.

Runs very good.

Re: Pic of my 1984 Trophy

Doesnt look near as good as yours up close but it isnt too bad.
The upholstery is good but the carpet could use replacing.

The Merc Classic 50 HP runs like the wind.
The boat will handle a 70 hp and would make a difference in the hole and top end.

Overall, Im just a redenck looking for a fishing boat....Works fine for me.

Its a 1987 Venture K-155.
Blue book shows the hull worth $1000.00
I hvae no idea how much an 87 Merc 50 that runs good is worth.
I got about 1k in the boat even with the new parts I put in.
I do have several hours of my own labor.

Is rare to have a boat where you are not in the red.

I have thought many times I would like to spend the money to make mine look like yours.

Your boat looks awesome.

tell me about it in detail.

Re: Pic of my 1984 Trophy

As you seen the outside of it, the inside has had new carpet thoughout,
2 livewells, bilge pump, seats were new, and the windshilds have been redone.
it has a 90hp Johnson with power tilt & trim. It has a place for a seat to
fish from up front and one in the rear. I have added a new eagle fish finder,
and a compass. I have to get the windshild either replaced or try to repair.
My wife broke it. It runs like a top. The fastest that I got it up to is 45mph
with 3 people and all gear.
