Pensacola Area/Alabama fishing

A buddy of mine is visiting southern AL and the Pensacola area this week. He's interested in fishing in the Gulf. Can anyone reccommend a charter service/guide for the area? There are a lot of charter boats and one "head boat" that fishes for red snapper out of Orange Beach, AL. Orange Beach is between Pensacola and Mobile on the Gulf. If he wants to fish from the beach, this is the right time for it. Pompano should be in the surf and they are excellent eating fish--maybe the best in the Gulf. A light rod, small jigs or shrimp and he's in business.<br /> The charter boats wont be too busy this time of year, so he could probably ride over and check them out.
