Outboard operating temp warning switch temperature?

Can anyone tell me what the max cylinder head temp. should be on a 1987 Yamaha 30hp (2 cycle)?

I want to put a simple bi metal switch on the head, and need to know what temp switch to order. I was thinking of a switch, that closes at 175 deg. F. It will light a warning light on the dash.
