oil for honda 90 HP

I just purchased a 1997 90 hp honda outboard and was woundering what type and brand of oil to use. Does brand matter, synthetic, or synthetic blend, or regular oil. I was also woundering what lower unit oil to use, the manual recommends QS gear lube or QS super duty lower unit lube, witch is better to use? THANK YOU FOR ANY INFO.

any marine oil is fine

Any good quality automobile oil will work and a good quality 85-90 lower case oil. I just bought a new 225 Honda and that is what they reccomend. Don't forget to change the oil filter.
