Numerous electrical issues

I have a 2023 Starcraft pontoon with electrical issues. The horn, fuel gauge and live well pump stopped working. I'm thinking it may be a bad ground. Any ideas on where the ground issue may be or how to troubleshoot this issue?

Brake your voltmeter and start tracing wires and measuring voltages.
