I have a nissan NS5b on which I just changed out the impeller. Now when I start it in neutral, the prop spins clockwise. When I shift to Forward, the prop still spins clockwise, and it doesn't spin at all in reverse.
Also, I have a problem with the manual tilt. It seems to be stuck and won't tilt up. Is there a trick to it or could it be rusty where I am pointing to in the second picture?
