I've been reading posts about the possible causes of having no stream from the telltale. I put in a new waer pump, new stats, cleaned out all the water lines and passages. I get a strong stream without the stats in, once their in- no stream.
I'm somewhat confused on the route the water takes through the block, heads and tubing.
From what I understand the water comes through the block up to the bottom of the stats, when they open the water goes through the head and out.
What I don't understand is how the water is going to come out of the telltale if the hoses the come from the telltale route up to the cap of the stats which is seperated from the water flow by a rubber gasket.
The dwg. attached is not the best but I hope somone can explain this.
