I have a 2002 NS40D2 that I bought used 1-1/2 years ago. I would like to replace the water pump with a kit obtained on the internet. I have never dropped the lower unit on this (or any other) motor, but the Tohatsu service manual that I have makes it look pretty straight forward. Are there any special tools that I need? Are there any tricks that I should know? Thanks for the help and happy New Year. John
