Nissan 30hp 2 stroke running poor

This motor was running strong this morning. I ran it low throttle for 15 minutes. when I throttled up to run the motor was weak. I thought the plugs were fouled from running slow.
My friend suggested I always put Seafoam in the gas. Could that help?

Ask yourself what seafoam is reputed to do...Clean the carburetor correctly andd skip the seafoam.
