I hope tis is not a duplicate. Tried to post this earlier, but something went wrong. Trying one more time.

Last year my dad gave me a 18' glass Starcraft boat. It has an inboard motor, disassemblied V8, but the hull looks great. Dad also just gave me a 21' 1970 Starcraft Cheiftain with inboard 4 cyclinder, 120 Hp. This boat is in relative good condition and it runs, but dad said water is coming in so fast that he thought that 10 minutes in the water and the boat will probably sink. No obvious holes in hull. Not sure where to start. Anyway, where can I order rebuild manuals for the outdrive, wiring, etc. for vintage Starcraft boats.
I need all the help I can get as I am also rebuilding a 1968 Airstream Camper. Must be hooked on aluminum. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Erwatt my first bit of advice give him back the Glass boat and keep the Tinny :D. The inboard/outboard manuals you can actually order right here on Iboats . Look up at the top Left side of the screen and you will see boat parts and accessories . You will still want to go down to the restoration forum and start a restoration thread with Lots and Lots and Lots of pictuers :D ( yes we are picture *****s ) :D. We can help with pretty much anything . Your first issue taking on water means you need to yank the Deck ( floor ) out of the boat and then check all 6 million rivets to make sure they are tight :D. Then you want to get some Gluvit to coat all the rivets and seams on the bottom of the boat.
