New Marina on Arkansas River

Thought I'd point this out in case anyone is ever in the area and needs it. This is a brand new marina that's part of a planned development on the river. Not sure how it'll turn out as the residential community backs up to the worst neighborhood in North Little Rock, but I hope they make a go of it. It's a cool idea.
