Need Tune-Up Specs. Adjustting Dwell and Timing 4.3l

Hello. I replaced my points and condenser this morning. I need to adjust dwell and timing.
Does anyone have specs for 87 OMC 4.3L 4 barrel rochester
Dwell?
Timing?
Rpm? whats should RPM be at idle or fwd gear?

According to Seloc (I know but it's the only thing I have):

Dwell: 37-41

Timing: 1 BTDC w/86 AKI octane; 6 BTDC w/89 AKI octane

Idle Speed RPM (In Gear): 500-600
