I bought a new set of LED lights for the year, and was wanting to mount them on my trailer guides to keep them out of the salt water. Has anyone done this, or have any ideas?

Can't say for sure without seeing pics, but I'd think they would come with mounting brackets you could use to bolt them on.

They are made to bolt to the trailer itself. I just want to put them on the guide poles to keep them out of the water.

Understood. My thinking was you could probably use the included hardware to mount them on the vertical guides rather than the trailer frame, but I can't say for sure since I don't know what your trailer or the mounting hardware looks like. I really like your avatar by the way. What's the story on that bad boy?

The little led yellow round ones that you see on the side of transport trailers will chemical weld to the top PVC with PVC glue. Then just run a wire down to either your running lights or on a seperate switch.
