motor not running right

i have a 2005 50hr it runs fine for the frist 10 to 15 min. then starts running as if the plugs are not firing right i changed the plugs didnt do any thing to help i drained the tanks and changed the filters no change
i also while running it pumped the gas blub and no change in running so that lead me to beleve it wasnt fuel pump does any one have a answer to what it might be

ok i found out what my problem was
it was trash in the carb bolws had to vat and rebuild the carbs it had black sutt in the carbs and would run long enought till it would float up and plug the needle seats up coast about $150.00 in parts and a full day vatting cleaning carbs replaced bouth gas tanks to make sure i had no junk left in the tanks and replaced bouth fuel lines and primer blubs also all ne clean and running as it should

hope this helps someone else if they have same trouble
