Hey, yasefue. The usual suspects in this type problem:
1. Fuel starvation. If pumping your ball pump makes it go, this is your problem. Fuel pump failing or some restriction in the lines, tank or pickup.

2. Linkage between throttle and ignition timing failing to advance timing.

Good luck.
JB

Yasefue,

I had the exact same problem with my 1970 85HP Evinrude when I first got it. would idle great and putt around no problem but when giving it full throttle it wouldn't even get on plane! I cleaned and rebuilt both carburetors. The next time I took it out I punched the throttle and got thrown into my seat!! Definitely get a rebuilt kit for your carb or carbs and clean them up.

Joe

My Merc 1150 did the same thing. It was running to lean, had it set richer, has not been a problem in 2 + years now.
