More idiots at the ramp

[Forgotten]

Friday I was taking my cousin fishing near the launch area...figured if we didnt catch any fish we could always enjoy the free show. Our neighbor got a new boat looks kinda like a small cigarette boat named Jalapeno. Its red if that points to the guys intelligence. He had a hard time getting it off the trailer, and pulls out in front of the ramp revving on it for about 10 minutes. Guess he tried to attract a crowd for his next act. He forgot to put in the plug and the stern was almost completely underwater before he realized it. His buddy came along and produced similar antics

Long story short the guy and his buddy blocked the ramp for about an hour and a half. People were honking their horns and the waiting line was backed up to the road
