1530hrs Dec 24th here today and my mind turned to all the friends I've made out there via this board. I have enjoyed all your company and look forward to another year.<br />I'm certain there's some that have suffered hardship this year and my heart goes out to you at this time. May you have folk that love and support you.<br />To all, a very happy Christmas, a cheery new year and lets get ready to make it through another year.<br />To the administrators of this board I wish the seasons greetings. Theirs is a more difficult job, reading all these posts and occasionally needing to interject.<br />We have a nice hot summer down here and I often wish for a "White Christmas". Mabey I'll come to the USA next year and see just what all the fuss is about. Anybody above the snowline got a spare bed for next Christmas?<br />Keep well, keep the wolves away and above all look after your families.<br />Ross

Merry Christmas everyone. This is the first year I have owned a boat and the first time I found this board. It is a great place with a lot of great people. Thanks to all for the free help and the good company. Thank you iBoats for providing such a unique place where people can get great advice and buy great stuff. <br /><br />Ross, you are welcome any time. I wish I coud promise you a white Christmas, but it seems to be hit or miss for the last 5 years or so. It was rare when we didn't get one as a kid in Wisconsin. Maybe there is something to global warming.

Yes it's a scorching hot Christmas eve here in Auckland and I've just been down to the America's Cup Village - to check out the boats, soak up the atmosphere and have lunch with friends on the waterfront. This is Christmas NZ style!<br /><br />I'd also like to wish everyone on this board a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Prosperous and Peaceful New Year........and oh yes... may you catch so many huge fish, that you never need to lie !

well, the new little girl doesn't want to sleep, so we're both up cruising iboats and letting mom rest. snow on the ground on christmas morning and enjoying my one month old....doesn't get much better.<br /><br />merry christmas to all-<br />and please take care-<br /><br />matt
