Hello
Was out in the water the other day for about 5 hours boat running fine brought the boat in and it engine stopped and wouldn't start. got the boat home and found one of the fuel hoses just before the carbs split. replaced it but now the outboard wont fire. I completed all the checks such as plugs all get strong spark. Fuel is getting to the carbs in to the bulb . I took out and cleaned the carbs. all hoses leading into the carbs do not have leaks, practically new fuel pump. any other things i need to check. I have had this problem before when I have come into the dock I trimmed the engine to lift it out of the water bring it home. was running great then I got it home went to flush it and would not start I was lucky enough a boat mechanic was next door he played with the choke and the throattle and it fired up. any suggestions would be great
