what will it do if you mix mercury high performance gear lube with premium gear lube in 75hp mercury 4 stroke

Probably nothing. But, why not drain and replace all?

I wouldn't, If I understand it correctly the high performance is synthetic and the other isn't.

It's kinda like mixing coke and beer. They're both good by themselves but not in the same glass.

They tell you to not do it on the container!!!!!!!
